Dit zijn de winnaars van de Game Awards 2024

Vannacht werden de jaarlijkse Game Awards weer uitgereikt. Wij zetten alle winnaars voor jullie op een rij!

Vannacht vonden voor de tiende keer The Game Awards plaats, waarin Geoff Keighley in een lange liveshow een hoop nieuwe games en trailers liet zien.

Uiteraard werden er ook flink wat prijzen uitgereikt voor de beste games van 2024. De grote winnaar van de avond was ASTRO BOT, de platformgame met de schattige robot in de hoofdrol voor de PlayStation-consoles. Maar nog veel meer spellen vielen in de prijzen. De roguelike pokergame Balatro won in een aantal categorieën, waaronder beste indie.

Hoewel er een aantal first-party Nintendospellen waren genomineerd, viel er geen in de prijzen. Zelfs in de categorie Best Family Game, waarin Nintendo met drie games was genomineerd, ging de award uiteindelijk naar ASTRO BOT.
